Weekends of stories about India’s Glorious Heritage

Katha Saagara - weekends of stories about India's glorious heritage.

Katha Saagara is a story telling program at Dhaatu which happens every second and fourth Saturday of the month, 2:00 to 4 pm. Here children will get introduced to different aspects of Sanaatana Dharma and the glorious land of India, by means of Stories. Bhagavad-gita recitation and putting up puppet shows is a part of this class. We aim at imparting to the children different aspects of celebration of the Indian life-style. Children receive training and put up shows and tell stories to visitors during Navaratra Mahotsava held at Dhaatu.

Two puppet shows- Panchatantra a string puppet show and Mitra-bedha ( based on Panchatantra), a shadow puppet show are products of this class.
